Our interventions are grounded in a participatory approach that actively engages the target community, particularly youth and women, to identify and prioritize the structural barriers limiting their economic advancement. These typically include unemployment, poverty, school dropout among youth driven by financial constraints, limited access to startup capital, and skills misaligned with labour market demands. Through structured dialogue and technical consultation, we co-develop practical, locally viable solutions and translate them into a clear, action-oriented framework. Beneficiaries are then supported to organize themselves into interest-based groups and equipped with market-relevant vocational skills, followed by entrepreneurship training and hands-on coaching to support business start-up and early-stage management. The model reinforces financial discipline through savings mobilization, strengthens access to finance by linking participants to formal financial institutions, and facilitates startup capital acquisition.

Once enterprises are operational, we provide market linkage support and continuous mentorship to ensure commercial viability, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability and improved livelihood.
